Keto Turkish Stuffed Boreks
A keto twist on traditional Turkish boreks, filled with spicy beef and served with a side of fresh chillies.
Ingredients
- β250g Ground Beef
- β2 Ancho Chilli
- β1 Shattering Chilli
- β4-6 sheets Turkish Borek Pastry
- β2 Fresh Chilli
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped ancho and shattering chillies to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cut the Turkish borek pastry into desired shapes.

Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto one half of each pastry shape, leaving a small border around the edges.

Brush the edges with a little water and fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to form a triangle or square shape.

Place the boreks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with a little oil.

Bake the boreks in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve the boreks hot with a side of fresh chillies.
