German Cornmeal Pancakes mit Dinkel Schrot
A traditional German recipe, these cornmeal pancakes are flavored with a hint of bitter and topped with a crunchy norwegian nori shattering crunch. Serve warm with a side of sweet dum syrup.

- β1/4 cup bitter nori shattering
- β2 tablespoons norwegian nori flakes
- β1/4 cup dum syrup
- β2 egg

In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, nori shattering, and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and dum syrup.
