Malaysian Tripe Stir Fry with Shaggy Noodles
A spicy and savory stir fry made with tripe, served with shaggy noodles. The perfect comfort food.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Tripecleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup Shaggy Noodlesdried
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor stir frying
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian Chili Pasteor to taste
- β1 tablespoon Fish Sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon Sugaror to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tripe and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add the Malaysian chili paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.

Add the shaggy noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
