Savory Zanzibari Squash Stir Fry
A flavorful and nutritious stir fry that combines the warmth of zanzibari with the sweetness of roasted squash.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp Savory
- β1 tsp Zanzibari
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the squash into 1-inch cubes and place on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and zanzibari. Toss to coat.

Roast the squash in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the savory and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
