Pan-Seared Beef au Poivre with Zanzibari Sauce

- β2 tsp Zanzibari powderor substitute with a combination of cumin and coriander
- β2 tbsp butterunsalted
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 large onionthinly sliced
- β1 large bell pepperthinly sliced
- β1 large tomatochopped
- β2 tbsp stir-fry saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped, for garnish
