Beef Burger with Savory Croation Sauce

- β4 ounces Savory Croation Sauce (see notes)see instructions for sauce ingredients
- β4 Burger Buns
- β1 head Lettuce
- β2 Tomatoes
- β1 cup, shredded Cheese (optional)
- β1/2 cup Onions
- β1/4 cup Pickles
- β2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- β1/2 cup Velveeta Cheese (for sauce)
- β1 teaspoon Burger Seasoning

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties, about 1/4 inch thick.

3. Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160Β°F.

4. Meanwhile, toast the burger buns on the grill.

5. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese (if using), onions, pickles, and a dollop of mayonnaise.

6. To make the savory Croatian sauce, melt the Velveeta cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
