- β1 cup green or brown lentilssorted and rinsed
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked
- β1 tsp dried oreganodried
- β1/2 tsp saltto taste
- β1/4 tsp black pepperto taste
- β2 cups watervegetable or chicken broth

Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
