Kung Pao Tofu with Savory Flair
A Chinese-inspired stir-fry dish with savory flavors and spicy kick, featuring crispy tofu and a medley of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) tofupressed and drained
- β2 tsp savory
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1-inch piece ginger
- β2 bell peppersany color
- β1 cup snow peas
- β1 tsp kecap manis
- β1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the bell peppers and snow peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together the savory, soy sauce, and kecap manis.
