Spicy Ramen Noodle Soup
A spicy and savory Japanese-inspired noodle soup recipe. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Ramen noodles
- β4 cups Savory brothstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Spicy miso paste
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onions
- β1/2 cup Sliced bean sprouts
- β1 cup Sliced mushroomsoptional
- β1 cup Sliced pork or tofuoptional
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce

1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.

2. In a large pot, heat the savory broth over medium heat.

3. Add the spicy miso paste and stir until dissolved.

4. Add the sliced green onions, bean sprouts, and mushrooms (if using) to the pot.

5. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
