Smoky Scotch Bonnet Chicken Shawarma
A flavorful and spicy Middle Eastern-inspired shawarma dish featuring smoky scotch bonnet peppers and savory chicken.
Ingredients

- β2-3 smoky scotch bonnet peppersdepending on desired level of heat
- β1 cup fattoush salad mixstore-bought or homemade
- β2 teaspoons middle eastern spicessuch as cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor grilling
- β1 tablespoon lemon juicefor marinade
- β1 clove garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon saltto taste

1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and middle eastern spices.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

6. Meanwhile, toast the fattoush salad mix in a dry skillet over medium heat until crispy.
