Grilled Skewers with Savory Burrata Dip
A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack featuring savory burrata cheese and grilled Peruvian-style skewers.
Ingredients
- β1 ball Burrata cheese
- β2 tbsp Savory spreadstore-bought or homemade
- β8-10 Skewers (wooden or metal)for grilling
- β2 Bell peppersany color
- β1 large Onionsred or yellow
- β1 medium Zucchinisliced
- β2 Tomatocherry or grape
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt and pepper

1. Prepare the skewers by threading the bell peppers, onions, zucchini, tomato, and garlic onto each stick, leaving a little space between each piece.

2. Brush the skewers with a little bit of oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.

4. Meanwhile, mix the savory spread with a little bit of water to create a dip.
