Pan-Seared Schnitzel with Orange Salsa
A classic German dish featuring crispy pork schnitzel paired with a zesty orange salsa.
Ingredients
- β4 (1/4-inch thick) Pork Cutlets
- β1 cup Breadcrumbs
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β2 cups Orange Juice
- β2 tablespoons Orange Peelgrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Season the pork cutlets with salt and black pepper.

Dip each cutlet in the beaten eggs and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the coated pork cutlets and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
