Savory Stir-Fry

Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β1 Bell peppersany color
- β1 Onionthinly sliced
- β2 cups Broccoli
- β1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon Gingergrated
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the thinly sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
