Kenyan Lamb Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew from Kenya made with tender lamb, savory spices, and a rich broth.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Lamb shoulder
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 large Potatoes
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β2 teaspoons Savory spice blend
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 cups Water

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the carrots and potatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and savory spice blend and cook for 1 minute.
