Filipino-Style Adobo Keto Stew
A twist on the classic Filipino dish, this keto version uses savory and indulgent flavors to create a rich and satisfying stew. Serve with a side of fernbrake or your favorite low-carb vegetable.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Coconut oil
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Fish sauce
- β1 tbsp Soy sauceuse a low-carb version
- β Black pepper
- β2 Bay leaves
- β1 cup Fernbrakechopped

Heat the coconut oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the pot and set aside.
