Slovakian Pea Dumplings in Chinese Broth
A twist on traditional Slovakian dumplings, served in a savory Chinese-inspired broth.
Ingredients
- β1 package slovakian dumplings
- β1 cup peas
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce savory
- β2 tablespoons cornstarch fluffy
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil snap
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pot.

Add the Slovakian dumplings to the pot and cook according to package instructions.

While the dumplings are cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add 1 cup of peas to the saucepan and cook until tender.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth.

Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and stir until the mixture thickens.

Serve the peas over the cooked dumplings in the pot.

Pour the savory broth over the top of the dumplings and peas.
