Croatian Turkey Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring Croatian sausage and turkey, served with fluffy rice.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Croatian sausagesliced
- β1 pound Turkey breastsliced
- β1/4 cup Savory stir-fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Fluffy ricecooked
- β1/2 cup Scallionschopped
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seedsoptional
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceoptional

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced Croatian sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned.

Add the sliced turkey breast and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the savory stir-fry sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds (if using).

Pour the sauce over the turkey and sausage, and stir to coat.
