Moroccan Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy Thai dish featuring marinated chicken, crispy vegetables, and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons savoryMoroccan seasoning blend
- β1/4 cup flakyunsalted butter, softened
- β2 tablespoons moroccancumin, coriander, and cinnamon powder
- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium bell pepperthinly sliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups stirmixed vegetables (such as carrots, broccoli, and snap peas)

1. In a large bowl, whisk together savory, flaky, and moroccan to make the marinade.

2. Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of flaky in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

5. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

7. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of flaky and cook until melted.

8. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
