German Beef Stir Fry
A hearty German-inspired beef stir fry with a crunchy twist, low in carbs and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp savoryGerman seasoning blend
- β1 cup crunchychopped fresh parsley
- β2 cups low carbshredded cabbage
- β2 tbsp stir fryvegetable oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the shredded cabbage and cook until slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the German seasoning blend and stir to combine.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the cabbage and seasoning.
