Japanese Stir-Fry with Savory Sauce

Ingredients

- β2 cups Crunchy vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, etc.)any combination of crunchy vegetables
- β1 pound Protein of choice (chicken, beef, tofu, etc.)your choice of protein
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 cup Sushi rice

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add protein and cook until browned, then set aside.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
