Crispy Paleo Potato Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos, using paleo ingredients and crispy potato shells.
Ingredients
- β2 large Potatoespeeled
- β1 tablespoon Savorydried
- β1/4 cup Oilcoconut oil
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste Salt

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Place the potato rounds in a bowl and drizzle with coconut oil.

Sprinkle savory and salt over the potatoes, and toss to coat.

Lay the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the potatoes are baking, mix together cilantro and lime juice in a bowl.

Once the potatoes are done, let them cool for a few minutes.
