Croatian Bean Casserole
A hearty and comforting casserole dish originating from Croatia, combining beans with savory flavors and creamy textures.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup savory breadcrumbsgluten-free
- ●1 cup creamy ricotta cheese
- ●1 medium diced onion
- ●1 medium diced bell pepper
- ●3 cloves minced garlic
- ●1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- ● salt and pepper
- ●1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pan, sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked onion mixture, cannellini beans, savory breadcrumbs, creamy ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
