Bouncy Filipino Rice Bowl

- β1 block Savory Tofudrained and cubed
- β2 Filipino-Style Fried Eggcooked sunny-side up
- β1 cup Rocket Greenschopped
- β1 cup Bowl-Filling Vegetablessuch as bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.

Push the tofu to one side of the pan.

Crack an egg into the empty side of the pan and cook until the whites are set.

Flip the egg and cook for another 30 seconds.

Repeat step 4 to make another egg.
