Argentinian Stir Fry Chicken
A Chinese-inspired dish made with marinated chicken, savory vegetables, and a hint of argentinian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup savory saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 large bell peppersliced
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 bunch broccoliflorets
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon argentinian seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the broccoli and garlic to the skillet and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in the savory sauce and argentinian seasoning.
