American Pan-Seared Fish
A classic American dish featuring a crispy pan-seared fish fillet, served with a side of nostalgic stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients

- β1 tbsp vegetable oilfor pan-frying

- β2 cloves tender garlicminced
- β1/2 nostalgic onionthinly sliced
- β1 american bell pepperthinly sliced
Instructions

1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

4. Sear the fish fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
