Teriyaki Roast Beef
A Japanese-inspired dish featuring tender roast beef glazed with a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce.

- β1/2 cup Teriyaki saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceoptional
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seedsoptional

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season the roast beef with salt and pepper.

Place the roast beef in a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot.

In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Brush the glaze all over the roast beef.

Cover the pot with a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven.

Bake for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until the roast beef reaches your desired level of doneness.

Remove the pot from the oven and let the roast beef rest for 10-15 minutes.

Slice the roast beef against the grain and serve with the remaining teriyaki glaze spooned over the top.
