Thai-Style Pork Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Thai-inspired stir fry with pork, served with a side of fluffy rice.
Ingredients

- β2 cups fluffycooked rice

Instructions

Heat 2 tsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced pork and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and pepper, and stir to combine.
