Irish Lamb Toast
A hearty and nostalgic Irish-inspired dish featuring lamb and toasted bread.

- β2 sheets FlakyFrozen puff pastry
- β1 tablespoon NostalgicMarmalade
- β1 tablespoon IrishWhiskey (optional)
- β4 slices ToastDay-old bread

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.

In a pan, cook ground lamb over medium-high heat until browned, breaking up into small pieces.

Add marmalade, whiskey (if using), and salt to the lamb. Stir to combine.

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Cut into quarters.

Spoon a quarter of the lamb mixture onto one half of each pastry quarter, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.

Fold the other half of the pastry over the lamb mixture, pressing edges to seal.

Place the sealed pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the pastries with a little water and sprinkle with salt.
