Thai Beef Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful Thai-inspired stir fry made with beef and a variety of vegetables. Serve with steamed rice for a delicious and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
- β2 tablespoons Salty (fish sauce)
- β1/4 cup, chopped Croatian (parsley)
- β2 tablespoons Stir (stir-fry sauce)
- β2 tablespoons Fry (vegetable oil)
- β1 medium Onion, sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
- β1 cup Snow peas, sliced
- β1 cup Rice (steamed)

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the fish sauce and stir-fry sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Serve the beef and vegetable mixture over steamed rice.
