Thai Stir-Fry with Yogurt Sauce

- β2 cups, chopped Thai Basil
- β1 block, cubed Tofu
- β1 cup, sliced Red Bell Pepper
- β1 cup, peeled and sliced Carrots
- β1 cup, creamy Yogurt
- β2 tbsp Salty Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp, grated Ginger

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and carrots and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the basil, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and 1 tbsp of water.
