Moroccan Flatbread
A rustic flatbread inspired by Moroccan cuisine, perfect for dipping in your favorite soups or olive oil.

- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
- β1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- β1 cup semolina flour

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, water, salt, and yeast. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

2. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 4-6 equal pieces.
