Pan-Seared Irish Pork Chops
A hearty and flavorful dish from Ireland, searing pork chops to perfection in a rustic skillet.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons skillet oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 medium chopped onion
- β2 sprigs chopped fresh thyme
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1 teaspoon pepper
- β4 slices rustic bread
Instructions

Heat skillet over medium-high heat.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Add oil to skillet and sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.

Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add garlic and onion to skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
