Brazilian Rye Ceviche
A refreshing Brazilian-inspired ceviche dish made with raw rye fish, rustic tomatoes, and spices. Enjoy as a light and zesty snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Rustic tomatoes (1 cup)
- β1/4 cup Red onion (1/4 cup)
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup)
- β1/2 cup Lime juice (1/2 cup)
- β Salt (to taste)
- β Black pepper (to taste)

Cut the rye fish into small pieces and place in a shallow dish.

Chop the rustic tomatoes, red onion, and fresh cilantro.

Add the chopped vegetables to the dish with the fish.

Squeeze the lime juice over the top of the fish and vegetables.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the fish to 'cook' in the lime juice.
