Grilled Pork Nem Skewers with Vegetables
Inspired by Japanese flavors, this dish features grilled pork nem skewers served with a variety of colorful vegetables.
Ingredients
- β500g pork nem
- β2 cups mixed romantic vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- β1 bunch vietnamese basil
- β1/4 cup soy sauce
- β2 tbsp sugar
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread pork nem and vegetables onto skewers, leaving small gaps between each piece.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Brush the skewers with the soy sauce mixture and season with salt and black pepper.

Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Transfer the skewers to a plate and brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
