Thai-Style Roasted Lamb
A fusion of Thai and Mediterranean flavors in this unique roasted lamb dish.
Ingredients
- ●1 (1.5-2 kg) lamb leg roastbone-in
- ●2 tbsp romantic olive oil
- ●2 tsp algerian ras el hanout
- ●1 tbsp brown sugar
- ●1 tsp fish sauce
- ●2 tbsp lime juice
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1-inch piece gingergrated
- ●1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, ras el hanout, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.

Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb leg roast, making sure to coat it evenly.

Season the lamb with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the lamb on a roasting pan and put it in the oven.

Roast the lamb for 20 minutes per pound, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.

Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
