Spicy Greek Chicken Skewers
Tender chicken skewers marinated in a blend of Greek herbs and spices, grilled to perfection. Perfect for a quick and flavorful summer dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/4 cup Olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Chopped fresh oregano
- β2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
- β1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F).

In a blender or food processor, combine lemon juice, yogurt, oregano, parsley, and chili flakes. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together marinade and chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
