Woodfired Kangaroo Tikka Masala
A twist on the classic Indian dish, featuring woodfired kangaroo in a rich and creamy tomato sauce.

- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup tomato puree
- β1 cup yogurt
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Season the kangaroo fillet with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
