Spicy Korean Lamb Skewers
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional lamb skewers, inspired by Korean BBQ.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch cubes Lamb shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 inches, peeled and grated Ginger
- β2 tablespoons GochujangKorean chili paste
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup, chopped Green onions
- β1 cup Robust marinadesee notes

In a blender or food processor, combine gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together the blended sauce, ginger, and green onions. Add the lamb cubes and toss to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Brush the skewers with robust marinade during the last 2 minutes of grilling.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
