Beef in Hot Pot
A hearty and flavorful hot pot filled with tender beef and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound beefsirloin or ribeye, sliced into thin strips
- ●2 potlarge pots for hot pot
- ●2 tablespoons robustsoy sauce or oyster sauce
- ●1 tablespoon quicksesame oil
- ●1 teaspoon hotred pepper flakes
- ●2 cloves malaysiangarlic, minced
- ●4 cups beef brothstore-bought or homemade
- ●1 package noodlesrice noodles or egg noodles
- ●1 cup vegetablessliced bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms

Bring the beef broth to a boil in one of the large pots.

Add the sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the sliced vegetables and cook until they are tender.

Season with robust sauce, sesame oil, and hot sauce to taste.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

To assemble the hot pot, place a portion of noodles into each bowl, followed by a portion of the beef and vegetables.

Serve immediately, with additional robust sauce and hot sauce available on the side.

Cook the beef to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, 160°F (71°C) for medium, and 170°F (77°C) for medium-well.
