German-Style Chicken Hash
A hearty German-inspired dish made with crispy chicken, hash browns, and a robust blend of herbs.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup hash brownsshredded and pan-fried
- ●2 tablespoons robust coffee rubhomemade or store-bought
- ●1/4 cup grassy fresh parsleychopped and fresh
- ●1/2 cup american cheddar cheeseshredded and melted
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor frying

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
