Crispy Chicken Dumplings
A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of crispy chicken and tender dumplings.
Ingredients
- β500g chicken breasts
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 eggs
- β1 package portuguese dumpling mix
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon robust red pepper flakes

1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together flour and a pinch of salt.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and mix with the dumpling mix.

4. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until a dough forms.

5. Knead the dough for 5 minutes and divide into 8 equal pieces.

6. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

7. Place a chicken breast in the center of each circle and fold the dough over the chicken.
