A twist on the classic Turkish menemen, this Mexican-inspired dish combines scrambled eggs with roasted vegetables and spices.

- β1 roasted bell peppersany color

- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 teaspoon turkish red pepper flakesor to taste

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the roasted bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
