Uruguayan Roasted Potato Gratin
A delicious and flavorful side dish that combines the richness of Uruguayan cheese with the simplicity of roasted potatoes.

- β1 cup shredded gratin cheeseUruguayan cheese or similar
- β1/4 cup olive oilfor brushing potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.

While the potatoes are roasting, mix the grated cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and brush them with a little more olive oil if needed.
