Roasted Ukrainian Pepper Delight
A hearty and flavorful dish inspired by Ukrainian cuisine, featuring roasted peppers as the main attraction.
Ingredients
- β4 Peppers, any colorAny color or combination of peppers works well
- β2 cups Roast chicken brothHomemade or store-bought
- β2 cloves Roasted garlicMince roasted garlic for added depth
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor brushing peppers
- β SaltTo taste
- β Black pepperTo taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped, for garnish

Cut peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes.

Brush peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast peppers in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until skin is blistered and charred.
