Traditional Ukrainian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and savory dish from Ukraine featuring lamb kebabs, marinated in a blend of spices and herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh dill, chopped
- β Salt and black pepper
- β1 medium Roasted red pepper, finely chopped

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
