Thai Cheese Tagine
A Thai-inspired casserole made with roasted springy cheese, a blend of Croatian and Colby jack cheese, and a touch of spice.
Ingredients
- β250g Roasted Springy CheeseAvailable at most gourmet stores
- β150g Croatian CheeseShredded
- β100g Colby Jack CheeseSliced
- β1 tsp Tagine Spice BlendCan be adjusted to taste
- β2 tbsp Coconut OilFor greasing the baking dish
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with coconut oil.

In a large bowl, combine the roasted springy cheese, Croatian cheese, and Colby jack cheese.

Add the tagine spice blend and mix well.

Transfer the cheese mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cilantro is lightly toasted.
