Hearty Canadian Borlotti Stew
A comforting and flavorful stew made with borlotti beans, perfect for a cozy evening. This recipe combines the rich flavors of roasted vegetables with a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup dried borlotti beanssoaked overnight
- ●1 cup roasted vegetablessuch as carrots and celery
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●2 tbsp spicy tomato pastesuch as chipotle

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
