Roasted Asparagus German Bowl
A hearty German-inspired bowl filled with roasted asparagus and topped with a fried egg. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

- β1 cup, diced Roasted chicken breast
- β1 cup, sliced Red onion
- β2 tablespoons Quick German mustard
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
- β1 cup, cubed Breadgluten-free option

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender.

In a separate pan, fry the diced chicken breast over medium-high heat until browned.
