Roasted Tlayudas
A twist on traditional Mexican tlayudas, roasted to perfection with bold flavors.
Ingredients
- β4 Tlayudasday-old tortillas
- β2 Roasted Poblanoscharred and peeled
- β1 Onionsthinly sliced
- β1/2 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roast the poblano peppers for 10-12 minutes, or until the skin is blistered.

Peel off the skin, seed, and chop the peppers.

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until caramelized.

Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.

Warm the tlayudas in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
