Dutch Chicken Satay

- β1/2 cup coconut milkfor marinating
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon grated ginger
- β1 teaspoon coriander powder

- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- β10-12 skewers (wooden or bamboo)
